Executives care about employees. Quality of life at work is important to management. Diverse workforce. Opportunity to grow is good - offices all over the country and company will pay to relocate people for jobs. Culture is focused on care of others.
Small company in growth mode means some processes are not as efficient as they could be. Could do more all employee communication. Benefits are competitive but not state of the art. They are moving in the right direction with a partially employer-funded HSA plan.
Advice to Management
Focus on process improvements and increased employee communications from executive leadership. Wellness programs and workplace flexibility initiatives would be helpful.
