Pros

I can honestly say Engtal is the healthiest work envirnment that I have yet to find in any company. Everyone is quick to support, build, teach, mentor, and help one another. That is the biggest

Cons

As long as you are a driven individual, there are none. As a con for recruitment in general and not Engtal specific, the ramp up is intense and requires a lot of dedication and commitment.

Advice to Management

None. Keep being personable and being hands on. Y'all have made my first few months here really amazing and the leadership I see here is one of a kind.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Engtal (United States) in Jun 2021

    Interview

    There was an initial phone screen that lasted only about five minutes. Followed up with a video interview with the marketing manager that lasted around 20-30 minutes. This interview consisted of fairly standard behavioral questions, along with more specific personal questions about past experience and education.
