Mission: To enrich life through meaningful relationships and vibrant communities
Since 1981, when we opened our first community, we’ve delivered a pioneering approach to assisted living designed to give residents a supportive, stimulating environment where they will thrive in mind, body, and spirit.
In every one of our assisted living communities, our compassionate staff help our residents maintain their wellbeing, form meaningful connections, and engage with the things they care about. We work to meet each resident’s unique needs, with quality care and an environment that offers a sense of belonging for our residents, as though they are a member of a family.
We respect the culture and personality that forms in each one of our communities. Because our communities are more intimate than many, with an average of 40 to 60 apartments per location, we are able to tailor our programs to the interests and abilities of our residents. We help our residents do the things they’ve always loved, or find new interests, make friends, and rekindle their own spark.
Every Enlivant resident is unique. The men and women who move to our communities arrive with their own needs, stories, and dreams. That’s why we tailor our services to the specific needs of each resident – from assistance with daily activities to dining, activities and more. Our approach to compassionate, individualized care is focused on enhancing the health and wellness of the residents we serve every day.
Working at Enlivant means being part of an extended family of residents and staff, who are all enjoying the opportunity to thrive. We work together to provide quality care and build a true sense of community, and share a commitment to making a difference in the lives of seniors.
We seek hardworking, compassionate and dedicated professionals, who are inspired to make a difference to join our team.
Residence positions are available in one of our more than 200 assisted communities located across 20 different states. Members of our residence teams supervise and coordinate services and care for a single assisted living community.

The Enlivant core values are at the heart of everything we do. They guide our actions and our interactions with our residents and one another. In every Enlivant location, you’ll find a group of people who believe in:
Compassion- Our commitment to caring sets us apart.
Humility- Our residents and employees come first.
Integrity- We always do the right thing.
Excellence- Together, we strive to be the best in all we do.
Fun- We love what we do - we enrich the lives of seniors.
When older adults need help in their daily routine, it can have a large impact on how they care for themselves and engage with the world. We believe that, when given access to a vibrant environment, every senior can thrive in mind, body and spirit. An Enlivant community offers residents as much assistance as they need, while providing them with ample opportunity to make friends, try a new hobby or rekindle an old passion.
I have been working at Enlivant full-time (More than a year)
The work/life balance is great. I have heard some people complain about how there's a lack of it, but the company is very generous with time off. I also love the people - such a great group!
Nothing that I can think of at the moment.
Advice to Management
Keep it up - absolutely love working here.
Was given a phone interview which lasted twenty minutes. Set up a face to face interview for three days later. Had to wait almost thirty minutes past my interview time to be seen because to ED forgot that I was there( not a good start ). Had a good interview and the ED was apologetic about forgetting I was there. It has been ten days since that interview and I have heard nothing back. I called and left a message to find out what the status was but have not received a call back yet.
