Since 1981, when we opened our first community, we’ve delivered a pioneering approach to assisted living designed to give residents a supportive, stimulating environment where they will thrive in mind, body, and spirit.
In every one of our assisted living communities, our compassionate staff help our residents maintain their wellbeing, form meaningful connections, and engage with the things they care about. We work to meet each resident’s unique needs, with quality care and an environment that offers a sense of belonging for our residents, as though they are a member of a family.
We respect the culture and personality that forms in each one of our communities. Because our communities are more intimate than many, with an average of 40 to 60 apartments per location, we are able to tailor our programs to the interests and abilities of our residents. We help our residents do the things they’ve always loved, or find new interests, make friends, and rekindle their own spark.

From our Concierges to Care Partners, our team helps our residents with many different daily needs - whether it's a ride to the store, a medication reminder, or encouragement to join in new activities.
Positions include Medication Assistant, Maintenance Technician, Chef and Dining Services, Housekeeper, Driver, Care Partner, and Concierge.
Community Leaders are available in one of our more than 230 communities located across 27 different states. Members of our residence teams supervise and coordinate services and care for a single assisted living community.
Positions include Executive Director (Operations), Care Services Manager (Clinical/Nursing), and Community Relations Manager (Sales and Marketing).
Regional directors and specialists provide leadership to our residences and communities across multiple states. They are responsible for overseeing the operations, growth and development of communities in their assigned region.
Positions include Regional Director of Operations, Regional Director of Care Services, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, Area Executive Director, Care Services Specialist, and Divisional Specialist.
Corporate positions oversee and support the residential and regional teams. They also develop the overall strategies for business development and company growth. A variety of corporate positions exist at Enlivant focused in our Chicago Support Center.
Positions include roles in Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, IT, Finance and Accounting, and Facilities.

When older adults need help in their daily routine, it can have a large impact on how they care for themselves and engage with the world. We believe that, when given access to a vibrant environment, every senior can thrive in mind, body and spirit. I have been working at Enlivant full-time (Less than a year)
This is such a great company that truly cares for our Senior population. After almost a year working at Monroe Place in Bloomington, Indiana.. I still feel so lucky to work here! My Regional leadership team supports me and constantly pushes me to grow. My goals and the goals of my teammates are clear, and we are encouraged to help each other and teach each other along the way. My teammates are WONDERFUL! But most of all, I really enjoy working for our residents, as we ALL feel like a great BIG family. It is such a good and rewarding feeling to help seniors. My role at Monroe Place keeps me busy all day long with always something FUN to do.

Advice to Management
Keep thinking of our Seniors first, Keep providing development and training opportunities for us employees to shine and grow, Keep build trust in our Nation!
The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Enlivant.
I had phone interview with a recruiter. I then met with regional directors then vp and then they flew me to chicago and interviewed with executive leadership. Read the mission and values they all live and believe them.
The recruiter negotiated once I let them know my expectations. I was offered more than my min requirements.
