I have been working at Enprise Marketing Group (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There are a lot of great things about this company! It's a great hands on training, competitive pay, and a lot of room for growth through out the company. I also got to travel to other cities.

    Cons

There aren't very many cons but there is some driving involved but it's not very far. The hours can be a little bit long too since most employees work 6 days a week.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Enprise Marketing Group (Pittsburgh, PA).

    Interview

The interview consisted of 3 parts: initial interview, second-round interview, and phone interview. The initial interview was very short, about 15-20 minutes. The manager wants to assess your communication skills and see if you are a good fit for the position. The second-round interview consists of the assistant manager or someone in leadership taking you out to a Home Depot store. The person will sit you down and go over pay, work responsibilities, and career advancement. From there, you both will go out on the sales floor and he or she will demonstrate how the you should "pitch" to the customers. It is basically like a job showing experience. The entire process takes about 45 minutes to an hour. If he/she feels you are qualified, then the person will give you the manager's phone number and instruct you to call at a specific time. The conversations lasts about 5 to 10 minutes, and he/she will ask you how the second-round interview went and if are you still interested. More than likely you will be offered a posiiton

    Interview Questions

    • Most questions were pretty general, since no prior sales or marketing experience is required.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

No negotiation. Just be sure that you completely understand what the job entails because the pay is not much at first.
