Exempt employees participate in an honor system program whereby PTO hours are neither accrued nor centrally tracked for vacation, personal matters and personal illness.

I applied online. I interviewed at Entegris (Bedford, MA) in June 2017.
I got an email to schedule a phone interview. 2 people interviewed me which went well. They paid for my trip and I had a six hours long interview with 5 people.
Apparently they had some one else in mind when they flew me there
