Employee Stock Purchase Plan

I have been working at Entegris full-time (More than a year)
Talented and knowledgeable employees, positive working environment, supportive team members and forward thinking. Flexible working schedule, unlimited time off, encouraged to work on projects and focus on process improvement. Senior staff is very friendly and seems to listen to feedback. Employees who have worked here for a long time (10+ years) seem to be very happy and have no desire to leave!
Not all groups support working from home or flexible schedules, offices could use some updates, still a cubicle environment which doesn't facilitate much collaboration unless it's required, not much team building as a company, no cafeteria.
Advice to Management
Focus on hiring new, young talent, with fresh perspectives. Look into what other companies are doing to keep morale up and encourage company excitement. Really simple things can keep employees happy and engaged (food trucks once a month, fun and friendly team competitions, summer picnics, etc.)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Entegris.
Was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Had a simple typical phone screen with the recruiter. After that, I had another phone screen with the Hiring manager who tried to get a general idea of my technical knowledge about the system. Was flown over by the company for an interview. Was interviewed by 3 managers for an hour. Then there was a half hour HR interview after which I was given a tour of the production floor.
