I worked at Entelect full-time (More than 3 years)
Great environment for learning. With an empowering atmosphere.
They didn't value the employees wishes. I was unhappy with my placement. I spent 2 years requesting a transfer out to another client. It turned out they were using my unhappiness there as a means to aggressive get more from the client without compensating me and keeping me where I wasn't happy. Which left me in a bad environment for learning and progression.
Advice to Management
Treat employees better.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Entelect (Johannesburg (South Africa)) in September 2014.
One on one where the interviewer tests your thought process more than technical knowledge, but they do ask very tough technical questions as well. They focus on how well you copt under stress.
