    Good pay and a very good compensation package and its uionionized

    Cons

    Theres a lack of team work and effective communications at some plants. Most of the employees are focused o their own progression and not the companies

    Advice to Management

    There ks a lot of management including up to one manager for every two or three employees

    went through temp agency that was not in mississippi through phone calls only, sent to location for interview, at the location I was questioned and did a practice phone call, told I had the position later that evening through phone call.
