I have been working at Enterprise Community Partners full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people in the office are what I believe people say for. I also feel the mission is what draws people into the company. There is great camaraderie as well.

    Cons

Be prepared to learn the job quickly as it is sink or swim when you come onboard. Diversity is a real issue that is not properly addressed and for an organization that works in affordable housing, they don't focus on race.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Community Partners (Washington, DC) in March 2016.

    Interview

I made it through a phone interview (very easy, just went over my resume and the position). The in-person interview was a little strange, particularly because I was asked extremely detailed questions about my resume and work that I had done years ago. No behavioral questions at all.
