Mission: To be the best transportation service provider in the world ... to exceed our customers' expectations for service, quality and value ... to provide our employees with a great place to work ... and to serve our communities as a committed corporate citizen.
Exciting things are happening in our home city - like the possibility of an MLS team! ⚽ An ownership group including eight members of Enterprise's Taylor family is working to bring Major League Soccer to St. Louis - and it would be the first franchise majority-owned by women. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQhNp
We’re thrilled to have been awarded the opportunity to provide rental services on more than 50 U.S. military bases. Thanks to our military partners for the opportunity, and congrats to the employees who get to step up and serve our nation’s service members! http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQhHy
Operated by Enterprise Holdings, we’re a family-owned, privately held company belonging to a world-class portfolio of brands that includes Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental. Since we opened our doors 60 years ago, our singular focus has been supporting each other, so we can best serve our customers and grow our brands. Today, we’re known for our extraordinary level of customer service at our more than 7,700 global Enterprise Rent-A-Car neighborhood and airport locations.
Some 100,000 dedicated team members sharing common values. And more than 1.9 million vehicles taking our customers wherever they need to go. And with the constant evolution of our industry, we continue to grow our business – and add to our variety of career opportunities.
Our people are the reason for our success. By living out our values each day and providing exceptional customer service, we’ve built a strong culture – one in which we bring honesty and integrity to all we do.
Our Founding Values:
From day one, you’ll be given real responsibility – and be expected to own it. You’ll take care of customers, connect with your community and live our values. And you’ll learn what it takes to manage a multimillion-dollar business. That’s just the beginning of how we can take your career further.
As a Management Trainee, the skills and experience you gain will be the foundation of your career. We have the training and support you need at every step of the way.
We’ll start you out close to home at one of our neighborhood locations. You’ll build relationships with coworkers, customers and mentors. You’ll learn everything from how to exceed our customers’ expectations, to the principles of accounting. You’ll also help grow the business by building relationships with local businesses, as well as learn how to manage a team of people and a fleet of hundreds of vehicles.
As a Management Trainee, the more you put into the program, the more you’ll get out of it. We promote from within, based on performance. Not seniority. See our promote-from-within philosophy in action.
For more than a decade, Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been recognized as one of the largest recruiters of college graduates in the US. We’re a proven training ground – with amazing ground-floor opportunities that have corner office potential. From day one, you'll learn our business, and make decisions that have an impact. This is your chance to make a difference from the word GO.
As an intern, you’ll gain the real-world experience you need to stand out from the crowd. Learn more about our internship opportunities.
You’ll see it through company support -- such as our pledge to donate $60 million to fight hunger -- and in how we encourage each of our employees to make a positive impact in the neighborhoods where we do business.
Our ongoing global philanthropic initiatives include:
I have been working at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)
The new hire experience and interview process is so engaging and professional. Everyone is so kind
Alittle IT issues but that really didn’t matter to me
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Enterprise (New York, NY) in August 2018.
I spoke with my recruiter on the the phone then had three in person interviews. Everyone I met with was very friendly and I had the opportunity to go to one of the store locations and see how the business is run for an hour. It was a wonderful interview experience.
