    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Enterprise (Las Vegas, NV).

    Interview

    3 step process
    -initial phone screen
-job shadow followed by area manager interview
    -interview with RVP

Easiest way to get the job? Be sure to tell them you are motivated by money (they will eat it up)
DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT mention that you are just looking for a starter job or hint that it is temporary (even though 99.99% of everyone that gets hired knows its just a stepping stone). Tell them you are wanting to get promoted fast and re-enforce your love of making money. Because ill be frank with you, there is nothing you will get out of this job besides a paycheck.

Wondering if you got the job? If at anytime they say they will reach out to schedule your next interview, that means you didnt get the job. They move extremely fast in the hiring process bc they are scared you will do research and find out how terrible the job is. They should schedule the next interview with you right there.

If you have a bachelors degree and a heart beat... chances are you'll get the job. Just be able to hold a conversation, explain your love for money, and tell them how great a salesman you are.
