As a Management Trainee, the skills and experience you gain will be the foundation of your career. We have the training and support you need at every step of the way. 

We’ll start you out close to home at one of our neighborhood locations. You’ll build relationships with co-workers, customers and mentors. You’ll learn everything from how to exceed our customers’ expectations, to the principles of accounting. You’ll also help grow the business by building relationships with local businesses, as well as learn how to manage a team of people and a fleet of hundreds of vehicles.

Accounting and Finance

It’s all in the numbers. As a part of our Accounting and Finance team, you’ll work collaboratively with all aspects of our business. You’ll deliver financial management insights that influence growth strategies, operating efficiencies and profitability.

Automotive and Transportation

Our fleet is always on the move. Whether you’re providing safe, well-maintained vehicles or driving them, your focus as part of our Automotive and Transportation team will be to ensure that our customers are taken care of.

Corporate and Administrative

Every business, department and operating group relies on the support you’ll provide as part of our Corporate and Administrative team. Your work behind the scenes will help deliver strategy and services to those working directly with our customers. 

Customer Service

As a part of our Customer Service team, you’ll help us deliver extraordinary service every day. You’ll offer assistance. You’ll listen. And you’ll help ensure our customers’ complete satisfaction.

Rental Operations

You’ll guide every customer through our rental process with superior, friendly, efficient service. Join our Rental Operations team and help us to meet the transportation needs of millions of customers.

    Application

    I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Enterprise Holdings (Orange, CA).

    Interview

    I was introduced to Enterprise at my college career fair. I met a recruiter and about 2-3 weeks later she reached out to me through email, providing a link to their website in order to apply for the staff accountant position. After applying online, I received an invite 2-3 weeks later to interview at their Southern California headquarters located in Orange, CA with HR. After passing this interview round, I was invited to interview with the accounting supervisors and controller. A week later, I met with the VP of Finance and was told on the spot that I was offered the position. From my experience, a lot of the interview questions were primarily behavioral in order to determine good work ethic, problem solving skills, and leadership skills.
