Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Knowledge (Arlington, VA) in Jan 2020
InterviewWas contacted over the phone by what I believe was an internal recruiter after applying. I was told she’d set up an initial interview and send me the invite after the call. Four hours later I recieved no email so I email her regarding the invite, and 15 minutes later she sends me the invite (did she forget?). The next day, I had the interview over a Zoom call, and it seemed to go really well.
