Everything is scripted, so there is no need to fly off the wall and guess how to deal with questions from clients or objectives.
Due to eager salesmen, the company had a bad name. Therefore, if a client did a google search on us while calling, they would usually hang up and call us scam artists.
Advice to Management
Respond to clients sooner. Don't change the name of the company over and over because people will still find you. Social media has made it difficult to just start a new company with all the same prior employees.
