I have been working at Entuity full-time

While I'm fairly new to the team, I find Entuity a fantastic place to be. I love that everyone seems on the same page about where the company is going and is working hard to get us there. There's a clear understanding of what needs to be accomplished and the team works hard to meet all the deadlines. There are quite a few folks who have been around for many years but there are also some younger people who have joined also. People work hard but it's also a company with a very good work-life balance.

The office can be a bit quiet sometimes. It's nice there are lunches and after work drinks sometimes but maybe there's a way to get people engaged on a regular basis in the office, across the different teams.

    Advice to Management

Good work - keep up the regular communication about what's going on company wide. That's really helpful, especially since so many people work outside the London office.

    Difficult Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Entuity (London, England (UK)) in February 2017.

If you're a fresh graduate, great at exam style questions, can handle being put under pressure and being questioned at every opportunity you should apply for this role. Interviewer seems to enjoy putting people in a very uncomfortable and pressurized environment. The questions weren't difficult per say but the environment made it hard to gather thoughts correctly.

    Interview Questions

    • Difference between a class and an object.
      What is polymorphism.
How would you call a method from the base class. (IE from Animal instead of Dog)
Difference between an array and a list, when would you use either one.
What is the difference between a queue and a stack.
How would you create a tree of a folder structure.
If I throw a coin 5 times what is the likelihood I'll get at least one head.
If I have 8 marbles, 7 way exactly the same and 1 is slightly heavier, using a weigher how many moves could you find out which was the heaviest.
