The culture and people are really great. Everyone is supportive and knowledgeable - always willing to mentor/teach whenever needed. Being a female in the industry was a little intimidating at first,

no maternity leave
pay is a little low, but that seems to be the norm in this industry

I applied online. I interviewed at Environmental Consultants (New York, NY)

I had 3 interviews within a week. The first was a short recruiter interview that went over basic job description and my background. The 2nd interview was with my would-be supervisor. The 3rd interview was with my would-be supervisor and project manager. Overall, very professional and relaxed. I received an offer 5 days after my 3rd interview.
