    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at EnvisionWare (San Diego, CA) in September 2016.

I applied for the position and had a phone interview with the COO back in August. Then, I was selected as one of three final candidates and had a formal in-person interview with the COO and Director of Manufactured Technologies at the end of Sept. During this interview, I was advised by the COO that a final decision would be made later that week. I received another update in mid-October and when I was asked to complete the PaceColor Pallette Test. At the end of October, I was advised that a decision would be made during the first week of November. The second week of November, a HR representative called to advise that Envisionware had decided not to move forward with hiring anyone for the position.
