Very diversified. Average age is mid thirties. Cooperative spirit, little or no fingerpointing between employees, good socialbility and 1st Friday of each month is bagel Friday, fresh baked bagel, cream creams and assorted coffees.
About the only thing that jumps out is the department organization structure. Team management leaders have minimal business contact with individual project team members. Team members must explain what they work on to the team mangers and the managers evaluate the members performance. I don't understand why the indidual project leader does perform evaluations because they know the abilities and capabilities of their respective team members
Advice to Management
Re-think the organizational tree, invest more in skills and talentsof your employees and make available cross-over transfers and matrixed training sessions.

The interview process took a couple weeks. Once I started the hiring Manager was transferred out of the building and I was let with no direction. I ended up staying for
several months and trying to learn the position, but with out the guidance and understanding of that position I had to leave.
