Very well organized and traditional. I like how it is very "Why are you a good fit" and not "Have you ever been in a situation where..." oriented. It was an easy and headache free process. I was told I did not get the job for an outside hire but was next in line.InterviewTo name a time I had to check my work for accuracy after completion and before sending it in.
