Hello everyone, I’ve been working for my company for well over 10 years now. When COVID took our nation by storm, I began taking classes with my union in an effort to improve my skills and make myself look more presentable on paper. 40 certificates later, I now find myself at a cross roads: A large majority of these “leadership” positions pay less than what I’m currently making as a porter. How is it possible that companies expect to pay Superintendent/Resident Managers the pay of Porter !?

      Phone Pre-Screening with HR, then 2 rounds of 3 interviews with members of management. Roughly 30 minutes each. They spoke very promisingly about an offer, but ultimately ghosted me. Similar to other reviews.
