You are given a lot of room to do your job without being micro-managed. Equity Services has commited to not hiring too many sales people for any given territory. This means that you only have other compnay to compete with and you ont have to worry about another seasoned AE holding all of the good accounts for a particular territory.
Management seems lost and disinterested at times. The right hand does not seem to talk to the left and communication down the chain of command in non-existent. Guidelines for programs change without notice and are effective immediately. The QC process is long and tedious. It prevents docs from going out in a timely manner compared to our competitors.
Advice to Management
Put a plan together and execute. Create a file flow that allows for accountability.
