Pros
Even though I've only been with the company for a short time I feel like I've known the team forever! Everyone is super nice, friendly, open, helpful and SMART. Our CEO treats everyone with utmost respect no matter what your title, he is genuinely interested in getting to know you. I am so proud to be a part of the team.
Cons
While we offer a hybrid schedule, if you choose to work remote you have to cover your own travel expense. Given the post Covid remote workforce dynamic, I think it makes sense, just not something I am used to.
