    I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ervin & Smith (Omaha, NE)

    Interview

    E&S managers were willing to interview around my current work schedule and travel to meet me over a work break. They were respectful when reviewing my portfolio. They gave me the opportunity to explain my design rationale without being rushed, and I never got the vibe that they were bored. They seemed to pay a lot of attention to how I talked about my work, which was a nice change of pace from other companies who simply wanted to look at eye-candy.
