Advice to Management
keep up the good work
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Eskenazi Health (Indianapolis, IN) in May 2017.
I was called in for a first interview that was just with the director of the program and two team members. I was then called back for a second interview with the whole team. Both felt relatively welcoming and the team seemed excited to meet me. The biggest downside was how long it took after that second interview to get the job offer.
#EskenaziHealth is growing and adding a Security Dispatcher to our team. The Security Dispatcher is responsible for receiving incoming calls or messages regarding security or related problems and informs the appropriate security staff members. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with six months of dispatcher experience preferred. The people who make up the team of the telecommunications operators at #EskenaziHealth are the unsung communicators of the Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital and Eskenazi Health. It is this team that responds to all calls in and out of the hospital and across the health system, secure emergency responses for patient care and resolve every call before ending it with a healthy smile. For all their hard work at making sure everyone gets connected with who they are reaching and facilitating all calls throughout the hospital, #EskenaziHealth would like to say Thank You! #Operators #BelatedOperatorDay
