Such a positive organization to work for. Management fosters an environment of collaboration and celebration - with quarterly meetings to celebrate new hires, anniversaries, promotions, shoutouts and company highlights. Employees are encouraged to pursue personal development in all formats and to share new ideas between departments. Measurable expectations are clearly defined, communicated, and measured. Coworkers at all levels of the company are approachable, helpful and friendly -within my first few months of employment, I had 1-1s with the CEO (and every other org. level) on more than one occasion. Essentia hires highly motivated, flexible individuals from all across the country and encourages them to build better futures by bringing their best ideas into practice. New projects are ramped up with input from multiple stakeholders, fostering communication and streamlining processes. Opportunity for advancement abounds as the company continues to grow.
Cons
This is a fast-paced industry where competitive advantage comes with constant change and innovation. Rapid growth, again, brings change, and if you aren't ready for it, this isn't the place for you.

Interview
After the screening call with a recruiter, I was later informed I made it to a zoom interview with two people, including the Hiring Manager. The conversation went well and I was told that this was the final interview in order to keep the process efficient. They told me to expect an update in a couple weeks. I reached out to the recruiter a week later, and they told me that the team liked me and I had a good chance for the position. I was sent one of those emotional intelligence/personality quiz assessments a week later. I emailed back after taking the assessment to no response. Again, no response a week later. The recruiter and hiring manager were very nice when speaking to me, but I think ghosting candidates after interviews is a poor practice. A quick email that the position has been filled would be the least they could do.InterviewDo you have experience working with utilities?
