Smart people. Exposure to high-level executives and demanding cases right away, even as a first job. Not only boring data-crunching. Your analysis is taken into consideration. Exposure to advanced maths and economics tools. Good salary for a first job, higher than at McKinsey or BCG. It used to be around 50 k euros / year, gross salary, back in the late 2000's.
The salary does not grow that fast. After a few years it is better to work at BCG or McKinsey, salary-wise. You'd better get along well with Jean Estin, as he is very demanding. This is consultancy work ... 12 hours a day of work is normal and it can be much more
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Estin & co in September 2016.
You have two first round interviews with consultants. If you pass those, you will have 1-2 more interviews with upper management.
The first round interviews were mostly case based and 1-2 personal questions. However, the personal questions were more related to why Estin, etc..
