    Company values being transparent and collaboration of internal & external customers alike.
    It is nice to work in environment where your voice is heard and better yet considered in decision making items that contribute to the company vision and purpose


    Benefit package needs a little work, however it's not the worst

    Advice to Management

    Keep moving toward being the 'modern' insurance business model, by pursuing technologies that meet 21st Century demands and beyond.

    I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Esurance (Richardson, TX) in July 2018.


    I applied then got the email to do automated phone interview then I was Emailed by recruiter to set up phone interview he sent me on to the on-site interview.

    First I met with two supervisors. They asked Behavorial questions, we did liability scenarios, and a mock call (you have to read part of a policy and determine if the loss is covered). After that I got to do a job shadow then I met with the branch manager
