    Culture is great and they are always looking to improve upon it. Management (Upper, Mid, and Lower) are very transparent, forthcoming, and are extremely willing to help. You will have a voice and you will feel valued no matter what you do here.


    None really, I wish I was paid more, but they are one of the higher paying companies for my particular role.

    I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Esurance (New York, NY) in February 2019.


    Very quick hiring process. I applied to the position & got an email to schedule a phone interview the next day. Phone interview went really well & smooth. After the phone interview, the recruiter told me flat-out that she would schedule a face to face interview the following week. Met and interviewed with 2 unit managers. In person interview took about an hour. After, they brought me to meet the branch manager which lasted 15 mins. Later that day, I got an offer from the recruiter. Really seamless process.
