I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Esurance (Richardson, TX) in July 2018.
I applied then got the email to do automated phone interview then I was Emailed by recruiter to set up phone interview he sent me on to the on-site interview.
First I met with two supervisors. They asked Behavorial questions, we did liability scenarios, and a mock call (you have to read part of a policy and determine if the loss is covered). After that I got to do a job shadow then I met with the branch manager
