Sales & Reporting Software

Our suite of sales and reporting applications is focused on providing effective sales and reporting tools that help our clients realize the full profit potential of their departments. These tools were developed in-house and are supported by our consultants in the field and our team of information technology professionals. 

  • Sales Menu: Our menu was designed and continues to be enhanced by our clients to fit individual customer needs while providing a sales experience that aligns with the dealer’s vision for the business.        
  • eContracting and eSignature: Our eContracting and eSignature software enables an end-to-end real-time paperless solution. Our technology keeps our clients compliant by safeguarding nonpublic information while saving employee time and reducing errors that frustrate the dealership’s retail customers.
  • Video Monitoring System (Cyclops): Cyclops is a critical piece of what our consultants use to educate and train dealership leaders on effective sales, F&I and service functions. Cyclops helps our clients file, sort and recall video more quickly than any other product in the marketplace.

Product Administration Software

  • Payment Services: Our technology helps to manage all payables and receivables with advanced invoicing and receipt administration that maximizes automation, saving time and resources. Payments are made electronically; paper checks are available upon request.
  • Product Reinsurance: We provide our clients with more than pure numbers when discussing product selection and performance. Our software provides control over ceding, analytics and claim trend monitoring to reduce risk and increase profit potential.

Product Administration

Ethos Group’s product administration is designed to assist your service department and staff in strengthening the relationship between the consumer and your dealership.

Ethos Group products are designed to enhance the retail customer ownership experience and strengthen the relationship between the consumer and dealership. The suite of 25+ products varies from dealership to dealership based on the regulatory environment, franchise, lender approval and, most importantly, each dealer’s beliefs and philosophy. Most Ethos Group products are structured to allow for 100% dealer participation.

We have committed to employing the industry’s most experienced technicians to communicate with dealership advisors during the claims process. Each of our claims adjusters have automotive retail expertise and have ASE Master or manufacturer-equivalent certifications. This strategic hiring practice and our commitment to ongoing training results in an efficient claims process.

Our administration process can be tailored to each client’s needs, giving dealers the confidence that the investment they have made in their business is protected and their customer’s experience is unmatched.     Pros

    Ethos group does nothing but want to take care of their employees and their customers. They strive to help, and have continued to prove that is exactly what they do. I work directly with Brandon Strom, he is exactly what Ethos is about, he meets with me all the time and just continues to make me a better person and better at my job. Ethos is a great company to learn about, and an even better company to work for.
