I have been working at Ethos Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Ethos group does nothing but want to take care of their employees and their customers. They strive to help, and have continued to prove that is exactly what they do. I work directly with Brandon Strom, he is exactly what Ethos is about, he meets with me all the time and just continues to make me a better person and better at my job. Ethos is a great company to learn about, and an even better company to work for.

    Cons

I do not have any negative thoughts about Ethos Group.

    Advice to Management

Continue to hire young passionate people, the training that is given to those who are hired will be enough for anyone to succeed.

    Interview

Do not waste your time because that is exactly what this company does, waste people's time. I made it to a THIRD interview and during that time I Iearned that they did not have ANY openings. Why interview someone if you do not have any openings??! Million dollar question. I was led by the nose, disappointedly misled, and deeply deeply hurt that I ALMOST cried. Thanks a lot! There was not an offer made because there were no openings. Do not waste your time because you will never get it back.
