    Insurance Specialist Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Singapore (Singapore)
    Declined Offer
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Etiqa (Singapore (Singapore)) in March 2014.

    Interview

Since its a sales position, quite informal interview. A lady interviewed me and she's going to form her own team. Regarding the role of an insurance specialist, he/she will be assigned to one of the Manbank branch and make sales through those Maybank customers (The so called Bancassurance). In this sense, he/she needs to forge close relationship with those bankers in order to get customers' details. For the interview, she just wanna know more about me, to see whether I am suitable for this position.

    Interview Questions

    • Let say, if those bankers are unwilling to give you leads, what should you do?   Answer Question

    Reasons for Declining

I used to work for HSBC insurance, I know its quite tough to be a FA/Insurance Specialist. Looking for other jobs.
