I have been working at Eurest full-time (More than 3 years)
I love the M-F work week. I also feel that the benefits are super. There is not much about this job that I don't like.
I'm a planner so
finding out in a days notice that there will be a meeting with management is discouraging especially when I care for my elderly mother. I like to know things in advance in order to plan for them. With that said however, I also understand the need to get things accomplished and that people are busy.
Advice to Management
More notice on events that you would like us to work that are outside normal working hours. Meeting advanced notice of at least 48 hours when able to do so.
I applied online. I interviewed at Eurest.
The managers and supervisors interview ask you a few questions. Ask you how would you improve the company . Do you like to move in a fast pace. Do you like working with food . Ask you about previous job experiences.
