    Pros

The employees at the non-management level are amazing people and very talented. Lots of collaboration between departments, good products, strong foundation in Germany.

    Cons

The upper management is a mess, constantly arguing among themselves and letting petty matters affect the work culture of those beneath them. The CEO asks for positive Glassdoor reviews from current employees in an effort to keep talented individuals coming in after he inevitably drives others away. No HR department is formulated yet so very bad work behavior is tolerated.

    Advice to Management

Try leading by example, let go of shaky, dishonest tactics and focus. Stop worrying so much about the competitors and worry about what you're doing.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Euroimmun Us (Morris Plains, NJ) in March 2013.

    Interview

Phone screening, then interview with CEO, then meeting to review offer. This was quite a while ago and I know they have adjusted the process. At the time, our CEO was not on-board so I met with the management from Germany that was overseeing the American subsidiary at the time.
