Advice to Management
Look into who really keeps the machine running, and remove those who do not.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Evelyn Hill (New York, NY) in March 2012.
Pretty much easy, smile and you've got the job. Nor into the question thing. They don't do much of questioning. So it's laid back. Relax. They give you a math exam with the application for those who apply for the giftshop. If you fail they just put you in the kitchen no big deal
