    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EverBank Financial (Jacksonville, FL) in July 2017.

    Interview

Recruiter set up an interview based on a generic role description, it turned out to be a wrong role description. The manager started an interrogation before he had a chance to explain the role. He also forgot to mention there was another person in the room. So, no idea with whom I was speaking. They cut abruptly at 30 min, hardly any opportunities for a two-way discussion. At the end he uttered: the project management is good but we need 'full stack".
Clearly, I was interviewing for a different role and this hiring manager is the kind of person I would feel comfortable working with.
