“We simply could not be the company we are today without the incredible people that personify this mission.”
– Tom Davidson, CEO
No margin, no mission. The more our business grows, the more educational impact we can drive.
Everyone should act like an owner of the business. Make yourself matter – everyday.
We measure ourselves based on results, not activity. Sweat the details.
Our mission is urgent. If we don’t accomplish it today, someone else will.
Always have fun, be positive, and support each other.
I worked at EverFi full-time (More than 3 years)
Rapidly growing and expanding into exciting educational areas. Leadership is qualified and passionate about the mission. Culture is fun and startup-like.
With rapid expansion has come some loss of the benefits of a smaller company. A lot of things don't get communicated well from leadership down.
Advice to Management
Work on unifying the mission across departments. They can start to feel disjointed since the K-12 content areas are so different from higher ed and especially corporate compliance.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EverFi.
In-depth and somewhat lengthy. Overall, spoke to several of the team members all the way up to the COO. It was a little earlier on when the team was smaller. I liked that aspect of the interview.
