Since its launch in September 2014, Future Goals™ has reached more than 375,000 students throughout the United States and Canada across 3,500 schools, generating more than 1.5 million hours of STEM learning opportunities.

    I worked at EverFi full-time (More than 3 years)


    Rapidly growing and expanding into exciting educational areas. Leadership is qualified and passionate about the mission. Culture is fun and startup-like.


    With rapid expansion has come some loss of the benefits of a smaller company. A lot of things don't get communicated well from leadership down.

    Advice to Management

    Work on unifying the mission across departments. They can start to feel disjointed since the K-12 content areas are so different from higher ed and especially corporate compliance.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EverFi.


    In-depth and somewhat lengthy. Overall, spoke to several of the team members all the way up to the COO. It was a little earlier on when the team was smaller. I liked that aspect of the interview.
