Everest Business Funding is committed to providing a comprehensive benefit package that offers all eligible employees affordable plan options designed to meet their individual needs. Everest Business Funding offers employees the opportunity to pay their premium contributions "pre-tax" when permissible by IRS regulations, generally lowering the employee's overall annual cost of coverage even more.
All Employees that enroll in one of our health care plans also have the opportunity to earn rewards and compete with coworkers by joining a company sponsored wellness program geared to fun, challenging activities throughout the year.
Following a 90-day waiting period, Everest Business Funding employees are also offered the opportunity to make "pre-tax" contributions to a 401K retirement plan. Everest Business Funding pays all plan administration fees on behalf of participants, and as an additional benefit, The Company offers up to a 4% contribution match for employees that elect to participate.
Access to paid time off (PTO) is important to the Everest Business Funding Team. Beginning on their first day of employment, our Team members begin to earn PTO benefit hours that, following a 90-day waiting period, and with Management approval, can be used for vacation, sick time, or any other personal reasons. We also offer our employees additional paid time off for many national holidays, including Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, New Year's Day allowing our Team to enjoy these special days "their way"!

Generally, Everest Business Funding's office hours are Monday through Friday allowing our employees to enjoy personal time "their way" every weekend!

I enjoy the fact that I'm not micromanaged by my supervisor. I know my goals and how to reach them without having to be micromanaged like in previous jobs.
The biggest challenge I faced so far was having to learn the process and procedure for my role and meeting my goal. But after a few weeks of doing the job, I felt more confident.
