I worked at Everest Institute full-time (More than a year)
The team in admissions stuck together and had each others best intentions in mind. My specific DOA had a great team focus.
My time with career services was difficult due to management changes and ownership changes. That type of uncertainty is difficult to navigate through.
Advice to Management
Turnover in management is high and employee support and not high.
I applied online. I interviewed at Everest Institute.
I applied online and received a call a few days later.
The first interview was conducted by the chair person of the program i was applying to.
The second interview was a "chalk talk" where i gave a 20 minute lecture to a group of employees. The employees re created a classroom and acted like students.
I then was offered the position about a week after that.
