Advice to Management
Improved communication and planning are needed, including strategic planning. A higher value should be placed on employees and minimizing turnover. More incentives and less intimidation are needed to drive long term, sustainable growth. Most glaring need is additional working capital to improve cash management. More experienced and professional management is needed with less interference from owner.
