I worked at Evergreen International Aviation full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

This company employed the greatest pilots and the best people in the flight operations office. Attention to detail in all aspects of flight dispatch of which the Captain had a vast responsibility to which I can personally attest.

    Cons

This great company was run into the ground by a man who wanted everything for himself. This mans integrity went south as he aged and was not willing to let the great people he was surrounded with run the company as it should have been run. In the end our profits plummeted and eventually was run out of business by bad management. So sad.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Evergreen International Aviation (McMinnville, OR) in March 2011.

    Interview

Informal, lots of questions about experience and market knowledge. relaxed environment with very few behavioral questions. Had to meet with about 7 decision making managers that took approximately 2 hours ... last one took me out for lunch. Good experience. ended up getting an offer with a flexible start date.
