Great culture and respect for employees. Treat contractors like employees. Talented senior management. Interesting work. Looked forward to going to work everyday. People are warm, smart and willing to lend a hand. Can't say enough good things about it.
Sometimes management decisions need too much team consensus and this can slow down when change management projects in a timely manner. Projects are a little slow moving but effective versus some other environments where haste makes waste. Sometimes too many people are involved in simple tasks.
Advice to Management
Skinny down the project involvement and allow mid-level management to make decisions before callig in the senior level management.
