Lower level employees do not want to complete their tasks, blame management for lack of training instead of accepting responsibility for their laziness. Causes some stress day to day.

Recruiter calls first to asked questions about my interests, wants to get to know you better. Then second interview with hiring manager, more in-depth questions about what you know about the company and some question about your skills and abilities to work in certain situations.
