Interview
For a small company the interview process was quite good. Ben reached out to me on LinkedIn. We had a chat and decided to move forward. At that stage, I had the coding portions of the interview process. Afterwards, they were willing to move forward again and invited me to the offices to meet the team which was a nice touch.
At no point during the interviewing process did I feel under too much pressure or that it was being rushed and it was very personalised which is something you don't get with most other companies.InterviewThere were two coding related portions to the interview process. One was a take home task and the other was over zoom.
