    I have been working at EveryAction full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Honestly, I've truly enjoyed my time at this company.

    I've been blessed with both a supervisor and team that are completely open and understanding to my workload—establishing a solid means of project management for my tasks where I generally have enough time to prioritize and complete work to my best ability. I am supported in taking on new and diverse projects and am happy to have learned some neat new skills in the process.

    There are a lot of genuine, caring pals working here who I am so happy to be around on a daily basis. They are wonderful examples of the company's progressive values, both in and out of the workplace. Work/life balance is generally supported here—I've never been pressured to stay overtime and have been able to maintain a positive state of mental/physical health throughout my time here. Working from home is also supported at large, which is pretty sweet. This is definitely a company I would recommend to others.

    Cons

    There is no paid sick leave. If you're feeling sick, it's either work from home or take away from vacation time. This tends to result in people coming into work while sick, which is obviously an uncomfortable situation to be in.

    While I've had a wonderful time, I know this is not the case for everyone. A lot of entry-level positions are grossly underpaid. Not everyone has had a positive experience within their proper teams, and some have even been asked to over-perform for the negligence of other higher-paid employees.

    This company is far from perfect, but I have a lot of hope that we're going in the right direction for making changes in everyone's best interest.

    Advice to Management

    With all of the recent company growth, there should be more way attention given to paying what current employees deserve. There are no excuses given this growth and recent implementation of an Innovation Fund. Also, separate paid sick and vacation days.
