Start up environment, not very structured.
Had 2 initial phone screenings that went great. Met with 4 hiring managers, was told I would be brought in again the following week and was ghosted. The coordinators and overall communication is rather poor...I had managers calling me at unscheduled times, email non-responsiveness, etc. ....not the worst experience, but not the best.
