Wondering if I should ask for a raise, been with the company for 11 mos, since being hired I have taken on more responsibility, I have gotten my Google Project Management Certification, and I am scheduled to sit for my PMP Certification Exam in March. 70% of the PMs at the company do not have their PMP Certs, just years of experience and their MBA.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EveryoneSocial (United States)
InterviewCompleted 2 interviews that went very well. I asked if there were any hesitations about me and he said no. Quickly afterwards I got feedback that they went with someone else who had more direct experience. I was surprised considering I have almost 10 years of direct experience and would have transitioned very easily into the role. I wish they would have provided truthful feedback as to why they didn't think I would be a good fit. Made me feel as if it was my age that they didn't like.Interview
