Interview
Completed 2 interviews that went very well. I asked if there were any hesitations about me and he said no. Quickly afterwards I got feedback that they went with someone else who had more direct experience. I was surprised considering I have almost 10 years of direct experience and would have transitioned very easily into the role. I wish they would have provided truthful feedback as to why they didn't think I would be a good fit. Made me feel as if it was my age that they didn't like.InterviewAsked about my experience and how I like to be managed
