I worked at Evolve Bank & Trust full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great office environment...Awesome Manager in Tim Johnson...A true group of professionals.

    Cons

Corp Operations did get their act together a few years ago so thumbs up all around. No real cons. Just the standard roller coaster of the mortgage industry. Career opportunities only happen in Memphis so that part is NA.

    Advice to Management

There are people in your branch offices that have more experience than you...some pretty bright people...move a little more quickly to seek their advice.

    Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Evolve Bank & Trust (Columbus, OH).

    Interview

I knew several of the bankers in the office already and had a sit down with the LPO/Manager for about two hours plus. He takes great pride in the little to no turnover...so the interview can be one or two meetings because he wants to ensure that there is a correct fit.
