The main people in the Denver offices are very friendly and work well as a team. The foosball table is a great way to let off some steam.
The eWise and PayWithMyBank technology is very interesting, with great potential to grow. The eWise team has a good culture and leadership.
The executive team is made up of people who either have no recent relevant experience or bully their initiatives. Unfortunately execs do not listen to their team members and usually decisions are made either by the last one to speak or loudest in the room.
For a company that has remade themselves as a "start up" the technology is being influenced by executives that have dated start up experience and do not foster any start up mentality. It is highly bureaucratic and micromanaged.
Customers are being treated like they are not relevant with their knowledge as the PWMB marketing team overrides customer decisions.
Advice to Management
Start really listening to your teams, especially the ones with relevant experience. Allow your managers to make decisions without being micromanaged by executives. Give a clear vision and stick to it for more than a week.
