    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ExecOnline in March 2020.

    Interview

I submitted a 'General Interest Application' and was also referred by an employee. I heard back from a recruiter the following day for a phone interview. The phone interview went well and was told during the call that I would be moved to a video interview with a department head. In total, I had four scheduled interviews, though the fourth was cancelled due to the company pausing hiring for the position. According to the recruiter, I would have likely also spoken with the CEO, who is still involved in the interview process. Each person I spoke with was great and candid about the team culture, team needs, and their unique paths to the company. The interviews were primarily focused on discussing why the position is being hired, team needs, and behavioral interview questions.
