    Easy Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at ExecOnline (United States) in Dec 2020

I had one round with HR first which went well. They immediately scheduled a panel of interviews for 2 or 3 hours in a row (had to take PTO with my current employer). Then they wanted me to schedule another interview with another Manager for 30 min. All interviews went well, but they would stop the conversations very abruptly within their time limit (probably because they had other candidates to interview on the same conference line), so there wasn't always a lot of time left to ask all the questions I wanted. Nonetheless, after 5 rounds of interviews very close to one another, I never heard back from anyone after that. After 3 weeks, I emailed the HR asking for feedback , but all I heard back was crickets. This speaks volume about this company in my opinion. At the end of the day, I pursued other opportunities, but the least a company can do after so many interviews and out of respect for a candidate's time is to have the decency to let them know about the status of their application or at least respond when a candidate sends a follow up note. Very rude!

    Tell me about your experience.
