ExecOnline – Why Work For Us?

ExecOnline allows companies to combine the quality and engagement of in-person development with the scale, integration, and measurability of online development.

Our Story

In less than five years, ExecOnline became the leading online provider of leadership development to senior leaders. Senior leaders at our client organizations enroll in programs co-developed with leading business schools including Columbia, Wharton, IMD, MIT, UC Berkeley, and Yale.

Our model is unique because each leader that enrolls in a program undertakes a project critical to their business’ needs. Leaders learn top frameworks and methodologies from elite business schools, but critically apply their learnings to an internal project that creates real and measurable impact for their organization. ExecOnline makes high-quality learning accessible to busy leaders who may not be able to attend on-campus programs. We provide organizations with scalable options to accommodate many leaders, instead of selecting just a few. Our solution is configurable and interactive. We rapidly deploy into large, international organizations, and deliver lasting organizational impact.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ExecOnline (Washington, DC).

    Interview

Went through 5 interviews in total. The HR staff I was dealing with directly was not very efficient. I often had to reach out to her to arrange the next interview. She also messed up the date and time for one interview and I was left waiting for a call till I finally contacted her again.
