In less than five years, ExecOnline became the leading online provider of leadership development to senior leaders. Senior leaders at our client organizations enroll in programs co-developed with leading business schools including Columbia, Wharton, IMD, MIT, UC Berkeley, and Yale.

Our model is unique because each leader that enrolls in a program undertakes a project critical to their business’ needs.     Pros

    - visionary Founder / CEO who understands both the technology and the business
    - data-driven decision making (we measure almost everything)
    - great product that is getting better all of the time
    - well funded (just closed our 16 M Series B round)
    - a smart group of people who are great at their jobs
    - the most successful company I have ever worked for

    Cons

    - moving very quickly so it can be tough to keep up
    - not necessarily a perfect fit if you need a lot of structure for a mid-level role
    - more a team by team culture than an entire company culture

    Advice to Management

    Maintain focus on capturing our slice of the market and continuing to deliver amazing value for bigger and bigger clients. Also, continue to invest in Program Operations!

    The interview process went very smoothly! I had a phone screen with the talent team, then a video interview with a hiring manager, and then I was brought in to meet with the rest of the team and eventually a conversation with the CEO. Transparent, streamlined, and quick process.
