EP does not give annual raises (I have not had one in over 6 years) or increase PTO without some begging. Does not value employees.
Advice to Management
Show your colleagues that you appreciate them. Provide incentives for staying. Give annual raises and/or increase PTO. Allow colleagues to switch to other sponsors when they are unhappy.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ExecuPharm in October 2016.
HR clearly reminded me of telemarketing cold callers.
Did not respect appointment time previously agreed to and started randomly calling during the day.
Then asked the standard questions this versus that and job description reviews.
