Executive Enterprise – Why Work For Us?

EXECUTIVE ENTERPRISE: OUR CULTURE DRIVES OUR SUCCESS

One peek inside Executive Enterprise’s office and you’ll understand why we thrive. Our culture is supportive and cohesive because we invest in opportunities to nurture relationships amongst our team members. We travel together, volunteer for great causes in our community, and engage in a host of other activities that let us get to know one another.

EXECUTIVE ENTERPRISE: WE GIVE BACK

We believe in supporting the community in which our Executive Enterprise team lives, works, and plays. Our philanthropic activities allow us to share our time and talents to help our community. We thrive on giving back because we know that as our region prospers, so do we.

EXECUTIVE ENTERPRISE’S RESOURCES DRIVE EXCELLENCE

Every person learns differently, which is why we have developed various training methods, ranging from hands-on to in-classroom learning. In each, we emphasize the following entrepreneurial skills that lead to personal and professional growth:

1. How to communicate and manage across different levels

2. How to develop outreach strategies, custom telecom solutions, and build and retain partnerships

3. How to research and analyze market opportunities for emerging businesses

EXECUTIVE ENTERPRISE: CAREER EXCELLENCE STARTS HERE

We’ve created the Executive Enterprise learning environment to be a path for our newest service experts to acquire the business skills they need to become company leaders. Our professional development program pairs them with coaches who will show them how to manage resources and people. We continue their education through leadership development to position them to take the lead in new offices.

Each step of the way, our pros have the support and guidance they need from our experienced managers who know what it takes to succeed in the customer acquisitions industry. This individualized coaching approach is what prepares our people for career advancement.

We’re focused on driving success in each operational area as Executive Enterprise expands. Our management training approach is directed by each individual’s unique needs and talents to ensure optimized outcomes.

I have been working at Executive Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-one on one coaching and mentoring DIRECTLY from the CEO herself
    -fast paced
-everyone is committed to helping grow AS A TEAM
    -plenty of room for growth
    -ELECTRIC ENVIRONMENT!!!
    -TEAM NIGHTS!!
-PLENTY OF BONUS OPPORTUNITIES WHICH INCLUDE FREE TRAVEL!!!!!!

This is the first job that I have had where in genuinely ENJOY getting up and coming into work every morning!

    Cons

There really are no con's to working here. From the moment you walk in the door, you know what is expected of you and the standards that are set. Everything is CLEARLY relayed to you through out the orientation process.

The only con that I can honestly think of is that if you're lazy, not self motivated or don't like to HAVE FUN then the job is not for you. If you are a "go getter" and like to set goals and SMASH them then the opportunities are ENDLESS!!

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing ! You are doing a tremendous job and I can't thank you enough for all that you have taught me over the past 5 months and helping me not only grow in my business life, but my personal life as well and ALWAYS having our backs!!
