    Electrical Engineer Interview

    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 7+ weeks. I interviewed at Exelon (Lusby, MD) in November 2015.

First a phone screening. Two or three weeks later I had a phone interview. Two weeks later they contact me for final interview at the plant in MD. 1 hour behavioral-interview. One person from HR and one person from the engineering team. I started talking about myself for one or two minutes and then they explained briefly what is the position about and what they were looking for. The questions were about how I would act in different situations. Great interview.
