I have been working at Exeter Finance full-time (More than a year)
Pros
The people culture makes the place great. We are getting EOM breakfast served, star performers getting taken out to lunch, quarterly stars get recognized in a breakfast with leadership, fun filled days with dress up themes make coming to work fun.
Leadership-I think the leadership has only gotten stronger as time has gone on within my tenure. It is wonderful see the internal promotions happening what seems like monthly. It gives us hope to move up into a more higher priority role within the company.
Cons
A lot of changes but this can be a con or a pro. The changes that are being made are good changes just seems to be frequent but that is expected as we are growing.
Advice to Management
Keep the people culture at the forefront. That is going to be the key to continued success.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Exeter Finance (Irving, TX) in December 2019.
Interview
The department managers were prompt and ready to start when I arrived. It was very professional. They contacted me over the phone 2 days after the interview. They emailed after the offer was made.
