Found the job advert on LinkedIn through a mutual connection. I applied and was scheduled for interview with Exness recruiter.
Recruiter asked me to decide whether I wish to continue to next phase by lowering my salary expectations. I maintained my salary expectation is negotiable but not lowering to an amount I don't expect.
Recruiter concluded by saying "if we get someone who will be able to join us sooner than you(referring to notice period) then we will just drop you.
